Near, Base, and Linea are now fully supported!

In a recent major release, we added support for the Near, Base, and Linea chains, joining Ethereum and Polygon in our portfolio. Several others are already in development and will be announced soon.

So why is this such a big deal?

Near

Near, a proof-of-stake Layer 1 protocol with 1.2 million active daily addresses, stands out for its ability to process up to 100,000 transactions per second. It achieves this through a technique called sharding and a high degree of interoperability. As a result, Near’s marketing and development teams are already leveraging the Absolute Platform in their go-to-market strategies. Moreover, since Near originally started as an AI project, we are excited to collaborate with them on upcoming AI initiatives of our own.

Base

Base, developed by Coinbase, and Linea are both leading Layer 2 chains. They add superior transaction speeds, scalability, and security on top of Layer 1 chains such as Ethereum. For application developers, this expansion opens a vast new range of possibilities for protocols, content creators, and marketers alike. Consequently, their apps can now support higher volumes and better meet consumer expectations.

We’ve had an outstanding collaboration with Base since its introduction and have been thrilled to watch its impressive growth. In fact, many Web2 brands we are currently speaking with are actively exploring Base as part of their blockchain infrastructure strategy.

Why Multi-Chain Support Matters for Marketers

Our redesigned multi-chain data warehouse now covers over 800 million wallets. It processes nearly 100 billion data points to date and adds 2,000 new ones every second. Furthermore, this dataset is enriched with metadata ranging from user profiles to asset prices and other details. It can also be combined with first-party data provided by our customers. In short, whether on Ethereum, Polygon, Base, Linea, or Near, marketers now have the most advanced CRM available to manage audiences and drive acquisition, conversion, and loyalty.

Lastly, from a technical standpoint, building a full-funnel marketing automation and loyalty solution with true cross-chain support is extremely complex behind the scenes. That is precisely why legacy CRM platforms simply cannot compete in our space. Therefore, kudos to the Absolute Labs development team!

Adding AI-driven Features and Capabilities

The possibilities of AI are vast and transformative. Leveraging this technology efficiently and responsibly, while maintaining marketing’s covenant with its customers, remains a top priority for Absolute Labs.

We have an ambitious roadmap to embed AI into every feature of our platform. In particular, our focus areas include:

  • Producing smarter, more actionable insights that help teams make faster decisions.

  • Increasing acquisition effectiveness and automatically identifying early churn signals.

  • Understanding emerging trends and pain points, then proactively suggesting the best actions to take, including automated flows or digital asset minting when relevant.

Moreover, we continue to expand these capabilities at a rapid pace. In fact, we just released the beta version of a new AI feature this week, and we’ll share more details about it in the coming weeks.

Marketers can create badge collections in under a minute and automate their distribution to holders on their one-year holding anniversary. Each badge can be paired with an email or XMTP message to deliver a fully personalized loyalty experience.

Protocols can leverage Absolute Labs analytics to study their audiences through the lens of token and asset holdings, Dapp usage, and exchange behavior.

Moreover, extended churn and newcomer analytics reveal which CEXs or marketplaces to list on next, or which communities customers join after leaving.

Improve User Experience

A protocol recently used our Flows feature to create a Testnet Faucet for a hackathon. Developers simply had to message an ENS on XMTP to receive their test tokens, no extra steps required. All validation and distribution were handled automatically in a Flow built in minutes.

Similarly, a media company integrated our API layer to tailor editorial content in real time, based on each visitor’s on-chain interests and behavioral patterns.
